Cinnamon Carrots

  1. In a pan, stir together cornstarch, tomato juice, brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  3. Add carrots and heat through, stirring occasionally.
