Butch's Baked Beans
- 1 (28-ounce) can baked beans (recommended: Bush's Baked Beans)
- 1/4 small onion, diced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoon spicy mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped or pulled pork shoulder meat
- Put the beans and onions in a saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until it bubbles.
- Add ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar.
- Heat another 5 minutes.
- When ready to serve, sprinkle the pork meat across the top.
- Enjoy!
