Gulf Coast Casserole

  1. Saute oysters in 2 tablespoons butter/margarine until edges curl, then drain.
  2. Saute mushrooms in other 4 tablespoons butter/margarine.
  3. & drain.
  4. Combine all ingredients.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over wild rice.
