Italian enspired open tort
- 1 box ready made puff pastry
- 1 packages mozzerella
- 1 lb tomatoes
- 1 tbsp pesto
- 1/2 tube of tomatoe paste
- Roll out the puff pastry onto a baking try and pre-heat the oven to temperate advised on the packet.
- Roll the edges of the pastry into a crust and spread the tomato paste over the remaining pastry.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, mozzerella and pesto.
- Cook for 15-20 mins.
