Italian enspired open tort

  1. Roll out the puff pastry onto a baking try and pre-heat the oven to temperate advised on the packet.
  2. Roll the edges of the pastry into a crust and spread the tomato paste over the remaining pastry.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, mozzerella and pesto.
  4. Cook for 15-20 mins.
