Audrey's Favorite Beef Stew
- 3 lbs boneless beef roast, cubed
- 1 14 ounces dry onion soup mix
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons minute tapioca
- 5 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 carrots, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Add everything to slow cooker (stir together) and cook on high 5 hours or low 9-10 hours.
- I try to make sure all veggies are chopped about the same size for even cooking.
- If I have a venison roast on hand, I substitute it in the recipe and no one knows!
