Triple Apple Bundt Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease and flour a 9-10 inch bundt pan.
  3. Sift together dry ingredients.
  4. Beat together apple sauce, sugar, vanilla and eggs, one at a time (or 1/4 cup at a time, if using egg substitute), about 1 minute after each addition, until batter is light and fluffy.
  5. Reduce mixer speed to low and beat in apple butter, followed by dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in apple slices, then nuts and raisins, if using.
  7. Turn batter into prepared bundt pan.
  8. Bake 55-65 minutes, checking for doneness with toothpick or thin knife.
