Chili - Cheese Fries - Lightened up a Bit

  1. Cut potato into 4 to 6 wedges.
  2. Toss with olive oil and seasonings of choice.
  3. Bake at 425 for 45-50 minutes.
  4. Steam broccoli florets using your preferred method.
  5. If you are adding bacon to this recipe, cook your slice/s using your preferred method.
  6. Place fries in bowl and add chili.
  7. Top with cheese sauce, optional bacon, and broccoli florets.
  8. Enjoy!
