French toast pudding sandwhich

• 1 cup prepared chocolate pudding
• 6 slices of brown bread ..or white if you prefer
• 2 eggs beaten
• 3 tbsp milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 butter for frying pan

1. In a bowl beat your eggs and milk with the sugar and vanilla until well blended
2. Take a slice a bread and spread some pudding on it and then top it with another slice of bread
3. In a frying pan melt some butter
4. Dip the sandwhich in the egg mixture then in frying pan and cook untill its slightly crispy ...tip your sandwhich on all sides in frying pan making sure all angles are cooked then repeat with other sandwhich's ...serve with your favorite syrup and whip cream if you wish ...enjoy !
