15 Minute French Dip Sandwiches
- 1 lb Roast Beef, thinly sliced
- 2 can Beef Broth
- 2 dash Ground Black Pepper
- 1 dash Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 pinch Corn Starch
- 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 Hoagie Rolls
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Horseradish Sandwich Spread
- 1 dash Italian Seasoning
- 6 slice Provolone Cheese
- Set oven to broil - high.
- Add pepper and garlic powder to beef broth.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce broth to low, add roast beef, cover and cook 5 mins or until beef browns.
- While beef is cooking, combine mayonnaise and horseradish sauce.
- Slice hoagies in half lengthwise and spread thin layer of the mayo-horseradish mixture onto the hoagies.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Remove roast beef from broth with slotted spoon and add to sandwiches.
- Top roast beef with provolone cheese.
- Broil for 3 minutes or until slightly crispy.
- While sandwiches cook, add sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and just enough corn starch to broth to thicken slightly.
- Stir.
- Serve with sandwiches for dipping.
