POLLY-O Speedy Ziti

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Chop 6 oz.
  3. of the mozzarella cheese; place in large bowl.
  4. Cut remaining 4 oz.
  5. mozzarella cheese into thin slices; set aside for later use.
  6. Add tomato sauce and ricotta cheese to chopped cheese; mix well.
  7. Add pasta, salt and pepper; mix lightly.
  8. Pour into lightly greased 2-quart baking dish; top with sliced cheese.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
