All Day Slow Cooker Corned Beef & Cabbage
- 1/2 Head Cabbage
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 cup Baby Carrots
- 4 pounds Corned Beef Brisket (including The Seasoning Packet)
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- Loosely chop cabbage and place it in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Dice onion and add it to the cooker as well.
- Throw in a few baby carrots.
- Set corned beef on top of veggie mixture.
- Pour 1-2 cups of broth over the beef and veggies.
- Season brisket with the seasoning packet that came packaged in the brisket.
- Set slow cooker to low and let it cook 8-10 hours or until tender.
- Once brisket is tender remove from the crockpot and let rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
- With a slotted spoon remove cabbage, onion and carrot mixture from the broth.
- Put the corned beef on a cutting board and slice.
- Plate it up.
