Turkey Burgers with Feta & Peaches
- 2 large peaches, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 hamburger buns
- 6 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup loosely packed arugula
- Spray grill pan with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat.
- Add peach slices; grill 2 min.
- on each side.
- Reserve 6 peach slices; finely chop remaining peach slices.
- Mix turkey, cheese, onions, cilantro and chopped peaches just until blended; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Make small indentation in center of each patty with your thumb.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Grill patties 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
- Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with barbecue sauce, peach slices and arugula.
- Cover with tops of buns.
