Turkey Burgers with Feta & Peaches

  1. Spray grill pan with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat.
  2. Add peach slices; grill 2 min.
  3. on each side.
  4. Reserve 6 peach slices; finely chop remaining peach slices.
  5. Mix turkey, cheese, onions, cilantro and chopped peaches just until blended; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  6. Make small indentation in center of each patty with your thumb.
  7. Refrigerate 30 min.
  8. Heat grill to medium heat.
  9. Grill patties 6 to 7 min.
  10. on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
  11. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with barbecue sauce, peach slices and arugula.
  12. Cover with tops of buns.
