Country Raisin Bread

  1. Follow machine instructions for normal baking.
  2. Add raisins 5 min.
  3. before the end of the second kneading.
  4. (Machine should beep).
  5. Bread will be ready at the end of the baking cycle.
  6. I add 1 tbsp (15 ml) cinnamon to the dough before starting the machine.
