Vanilla-Coconut Shrimp

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine cereal and coconut in pie plate; set aside.
  3. Beat egg and water in small bowl with wire whisk until foamy.
  4. Dip shrimp, one at a time, in egg mixture, then in cereal mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp.
  5. Press coating mixture firmly onto shrimp to secure.
  6. Place in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake 12 to 14 min.
  8. or until shrimp are cooked through.
  9. Meanwhile, mix marmalade, horseradish sauce and lime juice; cover.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve with the shrimp.
