Gourmet Cinnamon Cracker Bread Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together, flour, sugar and salt.
  3. Add water, 1 egg white and melted butter; mix well to make a stiff dough.
  4. Knead until dough is smooth, about 5 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into 10 balls.
  6. Roll each ball on lightly floured surface until paper thin.
  7. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until crisp and browned.
  10. Cut into strips with pizza cutter while still hot, if desired.
  11. Enjoy!
