Smokie Link Pie Recipe

• 2 crust pie, lattice top
• 1 pkg. Smokie Links (Oscar Meyer)
• 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, block type
• 2 Large eggs, beaten
• Parmesan cheese

1. Slice Smokie Links.
2. Cut cheese in small squares, add in beaten Large eggs.
3. Coat well.
4. Sprinkle heavily with Parmesan cheese and mix well.
5. Pour in shell.
6. Top with crust.
7. Bake at 425-450 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till knife comes out clean.
8. Cold for 15 min before cutting.
