Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Pie
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3/4 square (4 oz. each) sweet dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 9-inch prepared chocolate crumb crust
- 1/4 square (1 oz.) sweet dark chocolate, broken into 1-inch pieces
- In small bowl of electric mixer, beat cream cheese and peanut butter on medium speed about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until well blended.
- Stir in chocolate pieces.
- In large bowl of electric mixer, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream.
- Spoon into prepared crust.
- Drizzle: Melt chocolate.
- Drizzle chocolate in parallel lines over filling.
- Pull blunt knife vertically through chocolate to create decorative effect.
- Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
