Deep Fried Crabmeat Custard Recipe

  2. Blend cornflour in a bowl with 1 c. stock.

  4. Stir beaten egg into cornflour solution together with crabmeat.

  6. Heat pan with oil.
  7. Sprinkle wine, pour in 2 c. stock to bring to boil.
  8. Add in seasonings and corn flour solution to stir into a thick paste.

  10. Pour cornflour paste into a greased tin.
  11. Leave to cold for a while then put into refrigerator for several hrs to solidify.
  12. Cut into small pcs and roll over with dry corn flour.
  13. 5.
  14. Heat pan.
  15. Bring 4 c. oil to boil.
  16. Immediately put in crabmeat custard to deep fry till golden.
  17. Serve with spicy salt, Worcestershire sauce and tomato ketchup.
