Wide-Awake Morning Strata
- 3 light multi-grain English muffins, cubed
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 whole egg
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Turkey Bacon, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Place muffin pieces in 8-inch square baking dish.
- Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth.
- Whisk whole egg, egg whites and pepper in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in cottage cheese and milk; pour over muffin pieces.
- Sprinkle with bacon and onions.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, topping with cheese after 30 min.
