Bean Salad Francaise (Or Parisienne) Recipe

  1. Soak and cook beans according to directions.
  2. Drain and cold beans.
  3. Combine beans and vegetables.
  4. Beat together oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic and seasonings.
  5. Pour dressing over beans and toss to coat thoroughly.
  6. Refrigeratefor 2 hrs.
  7. Serve on lettuce-lined plate garnishing with skewered cool meat and vegetables.
  8. Makes 6 servings.
