Vegetarian Tamale Filling
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, very old, sharp
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, white
- 23 cup black olives chopped
- 23 cup pine nuts chopped
- 2 each onions chopped
- 8 each garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons oregano dried
- 2 teaspoons cumin ground
- 1 can corn kernels, canned drained
- 8 ounces green chili peppers chopped
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
