Vermicelli Salad
- 12 ounces vermicelli, break up into short pieces
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Accent seasoning (brand name product)
- salt and pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 12 cup green olives, chopped
- 12 cup black olives, chopped
- 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos, diced
- Miracle Whip
- Boil vermicelli according to package; do not rinse.
- Marinate in oil, lemon juice and Accent overnight; salt and pepper to taste.
- Next day add the remaining ingredients.
- Chill well and serve.
