Healthy and Delicious Chicken and Broccoli

  1. Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
  2. Heat oils in Wok or pan until hot.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and give a couple of turns.
  4. Add chicken, being careful of hot oil, and toss a few times.
  5. Add seasonings to taste.
  6. Once chicken is browned, but not fully cooked, add the vegetables and cook until the garlic and leeks are slightly caramelized and the chicken is browned.
  7. Season more to taste.
