Strawberry Apple Salad

• 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 12 cups cold apple juice
• 14 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup peeled and diced golden delicious apple
• 12 cup celery
• 14 cup chopped walnuts

1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
2. Add cold water and cinnamon.
3. Chill until thickened.
4. Fold in apple, celery and walnuts.
5. Spoon into mold and chill until firm.
