Yellow Amberjack Teriyaki
- 10 filets Yellowtail amberjack
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Plain flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
- Put the fish pieces in a plastic bag, add the flour and shake.
- Pan fry the floured fish in oil.
- When it's browned, add all the ingredients, simmer until the sauce is glossy, and it's done.
