Amy's Simple Shepherds Pie

  1. Brown ground beef & season with season salt or to taste.
  2. Add onion 3/4 way cooking.
  3. Drain grease, add gravy & set aside.
  4. Prepare potatoes as directed on package.
  5. Mixing all packages together.
  6. When potatoes almost done, add 1/2 package of shredded cheese.
  7. In 13x9 in.
  8. pan, put meat on bottom & spread.
  9. Then add potatoes on top & spread.
  10. Take eggs & pour over top of potatoes.
  11. Poke holes in potatoes to get egg to help combine dish.
  12. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top, cover with foil & bake for 30 minutes in a 375 preheated oven.
  13. Serve with a side of veggies.
  14. I use frozen mixed veggies, peas, corn, or carrots.
