Pineapple Bran Muffins Recipe

  1. Stir together flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Beat egg slightly.
  4. Add in cereal, lowfat milk and oil.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Let stand about 2 min or possibly till cereal is softened.
  7. Stir in pineapple, including juice.
  8. Add in flour mix, stirring only till combined.
  9. Portion batter proportionately into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin pan c..
  10. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 min or possibly till muffins are golden.
  11. Serve hot.
  12. Yield: 12 muffins; 1 muffin per serving contains 130 calories, 2.7 grams dietary fiber.
