Greek Beef and Garlic Stew
- 3 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 lb white pearl onion
- 12 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 12 cup white wine
- 14 cup red wine
- 5 garlic cloves
- 12 lb feta, crumbled
- 1 cup walnuts
- 12 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Combine all ingredients except feta, walnuts, and second parsley amount in a crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours, or until meat is tender.
- Garnish with crumbled feta, walnuts, and chopped parsley.
