Creamy Chicken and Rice Burittos

  1. Heat a little oil in a medium sized pan.
  2. Add chicken and cook, stirring over medium - high heat for 8 - 10 minutes or until browned, reduce heat.
  3. Add Philly* and salsa, stir to form a sauce.
  4. Top each warmed tortilla with rice, followed by a spoon of creamy chicken mixture, top with a generous sprinkle of cheese.
  5. Fold sides of tortilla over chicken mixture and serve.
