Creamy Chicken and Rice Burittos
- 500g chicken thigh fillets, cut into thin strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 2 cups Thick `n` Chunky salsa
- 8 tortillas (warmed as per packet directions)
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese, grated
- Heat a little oil in a medium sized pan.
- Add chicken and cook, stirring over medium - high heat for 8 - 10 minutes or until browned, reduce heat.
- Add Philly* and salsa, stir to form a sauce.
- Top each warmed tortilla with rice, followed by a spoon of creamy chicken mixture, top with a generous sprinkle of cheese.
- Fold sides of tortilla over chicken mixture and serve.
