Italian Sausage And Cheese Pie

  1. Brown crumbled sausage and onion in oil, in frypan over medium heat, until sausage is no longer pink.
  2. Drain.
  3. Spoon into bottom of pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Combine soup, eggs and oregano.
  6. Pour over sausage.
  7. Bake at 425F for 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 375F and bake 25-30 minutes or until pie is set.
