Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cheeses, bacon, scallions and seasonings.
  3. Add mayo, 1/2 cup at a time until ingredients bind and mixture is creamy not soupy.
  4. Spoon mixture into caps and bake until cheese is golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Do not over bake, mushrooms will become soggy.
