Pineapple Relish with Mustard Paste

• 2 1/4 cups peeled and diced fresh pineapple
• 3 tablespoons Sri Lankan Mustard Paste made according to the preceding recipe

1. Put the pineapple in a bowl.
2. Add the paste and stir to mix.
