Seafood Supreme Pizza
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 x 23cm plain pizza bases
- 1/2 cup tomato paste with basil
- 300g seafood marinara mix
- 1 bunch asparagus spears, blanched
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese, cut into 2cm cubes
- olive oil spray
- finely chopped parsley to serve
- Heat oil in a frypan.
- Add garlic and onions, cook over low heat until translucent.
- Add sugar, and cook for 5 minutes or until caramelised.
- Spread the pizza bases with tomato paste and top with the onion mixture, seafood marinara mix and asparagus.
- Scatter with chunks of Philly* and spray with olive oil spray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes or until warmed through and the base is crisp.
- Sprinkle with parsley, serve.
