Best pulled pork BBQ sandwiches

  1. Over night or 3 hours before cooking cut up white onion.
  2. Open pork loin fat side up put into baking pan.
  3. Slice into fat with knife.
  4. Add garlic and brisket rub over both sides.
  5. Add onion on top and sides of pan.
  6. Pour olive garden dressing over.
  7. Cover with saran wrap or foil.
  8. Place in fridge
  9. Place pork loin with dressing and onion from pan fat side up in crock pot
  10. Mix together all ingredients for the McCormick pack then pour over pork loin.
  11. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
  12. Shredded up and let simmer on warm for 15 minutes or untill ready to eat.
  13. Time to make mashed potatoes.
  14. Boil pot of water.
  15. Cut potatoes into cubes add to water and boil 20 mintues.
  16. Drain water
  17. Mash up potatoes using an electric beater .
  18. Add butter then evaporated milk .
  19. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder .
  20. Eat with shredded cheese or your favorite gravy.
  21. Add shredded pork to buns and top with onion and pickle extra bbw sauce to your liking and serve with mashed potatoes.
