Hamburger with a Salad

  1. Season beef as desired with salt-free herbs and spices.
  2. Form beef into 4 patties.
  3. Grill or broil to desired doneness.
  4. Build hamburgers on buns with onions and tomatoes; top each burger with 1 Tbsp.
  5. ketchup.
  6. Place 1 cup of lettuce into each of 4 salad bowls.
  7. Top with 1/4 each of the broccoli, carrots, peppers, and remaining tomatoes; drizzle 1 Tbsp.
  8. dressing over each salad.
  9. Place 1 kiwi in each of 4 dessert dishes; top each with 3/4 cup of yogurt.
  10. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of Sugar Free KOOL-AID with meal.
