Oil and Lemon Dressing

• Juice of 1 lemon
• 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• 3 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley to garnish

1. Mix the lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Soak the fish in the marinade.
3. Or pour over the fish when serving and garnish with parsley.
