White Chocolate Fudge

  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; set aside.
  2. Microwave chocolate and milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min.
  3. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Add almonds, cranberries and orange zest; stir until well blended.
  5. Spread chocolate mixture into prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Lift fudge from pan, using foil handles.
  8. Cut into 48 pieces.
  9. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
  10. (Do not freeze.)
