Taylor's Remoulade Sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp grated red onion
- 1 grated clove of garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked spanish paprika
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours before using.
- This allows flavors to blend.
- Store refrigerated in air tight container up to one week.
