Spicy Crockpot Pork Chops
- 6 whole Pork Chops (thin Cut)
- 6 dashes Salt
- 6 dashes Pepper
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Rotel
- Brown the pork chops for about 5 minutes each on both sides; salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the soup and Rotel (drain 1/2 of the can) into the crockpot.
- Add the chops after browning.
- Cook on the High setting for about 4 hours, then on Low for the next 2 hours.
- I make mashed potatoes and and use the soup and Rotel mixture as gravy.
- This is so easy and so yummers!
