Spicy Crockpot Pork Chops

  1. Brown the pork chops for about 5 minutes each on both sides; salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Pour the soup and Rotel (drain 1/2 of the can) into the crockpot.
  3. Add the chops after browning.
  4. Cook on the High setting for about 4 hours, then on Low for the next 2 hours.
  5. I make mashed potatoes and and use the soup and Rotel mixture as gravy.
  6. This is so easy and so yummers!
