Smoked scotch eggs

  1. Spilt sausage into 1/4 lb balls
  2. Peel eggs.
  3. And wrap each egg with 1/4 pound of sausage.
  4. Smoke at 250 for Aprox.
  5. 2 hrs or until sausage is cooked thru.
  6. Serve with horseradish sauce or spicy brown mustard.
