Smoked scotch eggs
- 1 dozen hard boiled eggs
- 3 lb ground sausage
- Spilt sausage into 1/4 lb balls
- Peel eggs.
- And wrap each egg with 1/4 pound of sausage.
- Smoke at 250 for Aprox.
- 2 hrs or until sausage is cooked thru.
- Serve with horseradish sauce or spicy brown mustard.
