BBQ Chicken and Vegetable Skewers

  1. Thread chicken and vegetables onto 8 pre-soaked wooden skewers, then spray with oil.
  2. Heat a grill pan or BBQ over medium heat and cook the skewers for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Remove and rest, covered, for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve the skewers with steamed rice and drizzle with Vegie Pourover.
