BBQ Chicken and Vegetable Skewers
- 400g skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into 2cm cubes
- 1 red onion, cut into small chunks
- 1 red capsicum, cut into small chunks
- 1 yellow capsicum, cut into small chunks
- 1 zucchini, cut into small chunks
- 100g button mushroom, thick sliced
- olive oil spray
- steamed rice, to serve
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Sweet Chilli & Sesame Vegie Pourover
- Thread chicken and vegetables onto 8 pre-soaked wooden skewers, then spray with oil.
- Heat a grill pan or BBQ over medium heat and cook the skewers for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove and rest, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Serve the skewers with steamed rice and drizzle with Vegie Pourover.
