Chris's Chicken & Rice

  1. Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning.
  2. Bake at 350 for one hour.
  3. While chicken bakes, combine sauce ingredients in a pan on stove.
  4. Slowly heat, occasionally adding juices from the baking chicken.
  5. Simmer, being careful not to let it boil.
  6. When chicken is done, serve over rice and top with the sauce.
