Marshmallow Crispy Lemon Pie

  1. Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
  2. or until melted.
  3. Add dry gelatin mix and marshmallows; toss to coat.
  4. Microwave 1 min.
  5. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is blended, stirring after 45 sec.
  6. Add cereal; mix well.
  7. Press cereal mixture onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
  9. ; pour into crust.
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  11. Garnish with strawberries.
