Vickys Rice Krispie Christmas Trees

  1. Melt the marshmallows in the microwave with the syrup, then quickly stir in the rice krispies
  2. Gently pack the mixture inside the cones and push a lolly stick in the middle
  3. Chill or freeze until set
  4. Mix the icing sugar with the food colouring and as little water as needed to make a thick paste
  5. Coat the cones and decorate with sprinkles, silver balls etc
  6. I prop mine in a wire rack to set.
  7. Will be good for 2 days before the krispie mix starts to go soft
