Chile Burgers With Corn Salsa

  1. Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white.
  2. Mix ground beef, 2 tablespoons green chiles and chili powder in bowl.
  3. Form into 4 (5-inch) oblong patties.
  4. Place patties onto grill.
  5. Grill, turning once, 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160F and meat is no longer pink in center.
  6. Combine remaining green chiles, corn, jicama, salsa, onion, sugar and vinegar in bowl.
  7. Place 1 burger in center of each tortilla; top with 1/4 cup salsa.
  8. Fold opposite edges of tortilla toward center over burger.
  9. Fold open end of tortilla toward opposite edge.
  10. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  11. Serve with sour cream and remaining salsa.
