Chicken 'N' Spinach Salad With Pasta Twists Recipe
- 6 ounce. pasta twists
- 1/2 c. sesame seeds
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 c. cool, shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. finely minced parsley
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion
- 8 c. lightly packed torn fresh spinach (2 bunches)
- Boil pasta, drain.
- Cook sesame seeds in 1/4 c. oil in fry pan, stirring till golden brown.
- Cold.
- Stir in remaining 1/4 c. oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and pepper.
- Pour over cooked pasta, add in chicken and toss lightly.
- Cover and refrigeratefor at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
- To serve: add in parsley, onions and spinach.
- Toss gently.
