Oranges Ricotta and Basil With Balsamic Vinegar

  1. With a very sharp knife, remove skins and pith from oranges.
  2. Slice to make 1/2 inch thick rounds.
  3. Arrange on four plates.
  4. Sprinkle balsamic vinegar over oranges.
  5. Dot with ricotta cheese and scatter basil all over.
  6. Serve with pepper.
