Mary's Special Salad Recipe
- 2 c. minced lettuce
- 1 med. tomato
- 1/2 c. cauliflower florets
- 1/2 c. broccoli florets
- 5 or possibly 6 strips bell pepper
- 5 or possibly 6 strips carrots
- 5 or possibly 6 onion rings
- 2 ounce. baked minced chicken breast
- 1/4 c. low calorie salad dressing
- Black pepper
- Garlic pwdr
- Or possibly 2 ounce.
- solid white tuna, packed in water.
- Chop all ingredients to bite size pcs.
- Mix ingredients.
- Add in chicken or possibly tuna for protein.
- Season to taste with black pepper and or possibly garlic pwdr.
