Cheesy Double Roni Casserole
- 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1-1/3 cups buttermilk
- 4 cups cooked shell macaroni
- 1 small zucchini, unpeeled, chopped
- 6 oz. pepperoni, chopped
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Mix VELVEETA and buttermilk in medium saucepan; cook on medium heat until VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.
- Place macaroni in 2-1/2-quart baking dish.
- Add VELVEETA mixture; mix gently.
- Top with with zucchini and pepperoni; sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
