Brandied Fruit Starter

  1. Combine all ingredients in a clean, non metallic bowl with non metallic spoon; Stir gently.
  2. Cover and let stand ar room temp for 3 weeks, stirring fruit twice a week.
  3. After 3 weeks, mixture MUST be kept in the refridgerator
  4. Serve fruit over ice cream or pound cake, reserving at least 3 cups.
  5. To replenish, add 1 cup sugar and 1 of the 4 fruits, alternating fruits every 1 to 3 weeks.
  6. Stir gently and stand at room temp, refridgerating at 3 weeks
